Happy New Year!

Thanks for checking out my site!  2013 was a great year for myself and my clients, but 2014 is proving to be bringing even more amazing, new opportunities.  I am so grateful to be surrounded by the most hard working and intellegent individuals in the fitness industry here in Chicago.

As of February 1st, I will be the new Director of Personal Training and CrossFit at all of the Cheetah Gyms in Chicago.  We have locations in Bucktown, Andersonville, & Edgewater.  My availaibility for training has changed slightly, but I will still be available for some personal training and Oly/CrossFit one-on-one sessions.  Please contact me for pricing and availability.

Individual Program Design…Train Smarter, Get Better Results

Every great coach….also has a great coach!  I am no different than any one of my clients.  I have a coach who provides individualized programming for my training and competitions.  When the program is designed to attack your weaknesses and periodized specifically for your goals…you can bet that you will see some great things happen!  Now tell me…

Individual Program Design is an opportunity for you to have a personalized program designed for your exact goals and needs.  Individual Program Design is for someone who is looking to be a competitive olympic weightliter, competitive CrossFit athlete, strength athlete, or to just improve overall fitness.  Depending on your goals, Cori can design a program that is tailored for your growth and development as an athlete, with a focus on results, fitness/strength balance, and your long term health and longevity.
