Individual Program Design

Individual Program Design is an opportunity for you to have a personalized program designed for your exact goals and needs.  Individual Program Design is for someone who is looking to improve overal fitness, but does not need one-on-one personal training.  Cori does individual program design for thos who want to become competitive olympic weightliters, competitive CrossFit athletes, strength athletes, or to just improve overall fitness.  Depending on your goals, Cori can design a program that is tailored for your growth and development as an athlete, with a focus on results, fitness/strength balance, and your long term health and longevity.
